The series
These courses are typically delivered as a series for law firms. A week or so before most courses a case study, a substantial handout, slides and discussion questions are sent to the firm for reproduction. The materials can be retained in electronic form in the firm's knowhow management system. Firms often invite their in-house lawyer clients as well as staff, so the courses form part of the firm's practice development offering to clients as well as providing valuable skills and procedure training and CPD for solicitors and barristers. Group work forms an important component of most of these courses so numbers should not normally exceed about 16. Click here for
